Is fasting good for you?

Published by Eve Karat le

🎥 Why is intermittent fasting in the morning not recommended for women? 🌅❌

Are you practicing or considering intermittent fasting?
⚠️ Be careful if you are a woman: there are important hormonal differences to take into account. 😮💡

In women, skip breakfast can disrupt hormonal balance — especially the cortisol insulin and estrogen. 🧠⚖️
In the morning, our body is naturally more sensitive to stress.
Starting the day without nutrient intake can send a “survival” signal to your body.
Result? Tiredness , menstrual cycle disorders, intense food cravings later in the day… or even weight gain. 😵💫🍩

👉 Fasting can have benefits, but timing is essential, especially for women.
A gentler approach — like fasting the soir ou after dinner — respect yours better biological rhythm and supports your hormones instead of disrupting them. 🌙💖
