Key ingredients: rolled oats, organic gluten-free flour (brown rice, quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth), dark chocolate chips, sunflower seeds, spices, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt.

Ingredients to add: oil, honey or maple syrup, apple puree and 1 egg (or flax seed if vegan version).
