Soy Protein Isolate, Potato Flakes, Potato Starch, Soy Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Chicory Root or Inulin, Whey Protein Concentrate, Rice Flour, Krystar Fructose, Natural and Artificial Flavors , Dried Egg Whites, Olive Pomace Oil, Double Action Baking Powder, Maltrodextrin, Caramel Colour, Ginger or Spice, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Soy Lecithin, Xanthan Gum, Sucralose, Tricalcium Phosphate, Contains: Milk, egg and soy. Direction: Pour 30 ml (1.5 oz) of cold water into a microwave-safe mug. Add the contents of one sachet and mix with the water. Microwave for 30-60 seconds or until desired texture is achieved (use caution as cake will be hot). As microwave ovens vary, the time given is approximate. Use a microwave-safe bowl or mug.
