EAA Performance - Believe Supplements

Last February, we previewed Performance EAA from Believe Supplements, a Quebec company. We now have the complete formula for fans of the brand.

8 AEC Step 9: There are nine essential amino acids (EAAs) your body needs to build muscle and without all nine, protein synthesis stops. There is no way to avoid this at the cellular level. For this reason, most EAA supplements have all nine. In fact, EAA market leader Dymatize even called their product “ALL9” for this very reason. But instead of including all 9 EAAs, Believe chose to use 8 essential amino acids. They replaced the essential amino acid threonine with tyrosine, a popular amino acid that promotes concentration.

Each serving contains 13 grams of powder with 6 mg of actual EAAs, or 350% EAAs by weight. That doesn't sound like a lot, but keep in mind that they also added 48,8 gram of tyrosine and 1 grams of citrulline malate. They also added electrolytes for good measure.
