USE : 

Recommended dose: Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Recommended duration of use: consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

Contraindications: do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use as soon as joint pain or hot flashes appear. If you develop liver-related symptoms (eg abdominal pain, jaundice) or symptoms of low estrogen, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner.
