- Preparation 15 minutes (+ 1 hour soaking)

BASIC INGREDIENTS: dates, almond flour, sunflower seeds, apple, cinnamon, unsweetened coconut.
INGREDIENT TO ADD: apple juice.
Mix all the ingredients, leave to stand for an hour, put in a food processor or mix by hand and roll your balls.
Great little bites that are succulent and satisfying. Packed with protein, antioxidants and nourishing ingredients.
Keep in the fridge for 5 days in an airtight container and freeze very well.
