Kenra Color Lightener is a dust-free, fragrance-free white powder with up to 7 levels of lifting strength in just one application. Formulated without ammonia, this highlighter delivers fast, optimal lifting power that's less damaging to hair, delivering a more manageable result.

MANUAL :

Mix Kenra Color Highlighter with Kenra Color Creme Developer 10V-20V for on and off scalp application, or 10V-30V for off scalp applications. Using a brush, mix in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 to achieve the desired consistency. Apply to dry, unwashed hair immediately after mixing. For best results, apply product liberally. Avoid applying the formula to previously lightened hair. Process up to 55 minutes. Do not use heat. Rinse thoroughly after treatment. Shampoo and condition with appropriate Kenra Professional® care products.
